Cant Connect my M9 wireless subwoofer to the soundbar.
#1
I have tried the troubleshooting steps on the support section for my product. I have tried everything but i cannot get the subwoofer to work. At the moment the red LED's on the back of both the soundbar and subwoofer are solid red indicating theyre paired. Ive tried switch channel but still nothing.

Hi Cameron,

So after a 6 count on both units the lights stay solid?

That could be indicative of a broad spectrum wireless device in play. Do you have a wireless alarm, heating or similar device in the house?

Do you have any older cordless dect phones or routers in use?

Any radio masts or similar?

Hi,  I have the same problem. Subwoofer has no sound but light is solid red. Even after 6 sec push on pair switch light stays solid.  Also when I change channel on main box there is no response from the sub woofer light.  Just stays solid red.  I have turned off all the other bluetooth devices I can think of. Could it be interference from my homeplug devices?

Hi The Steve,

In general homeplugs/ethernet over power should be okay, unless they are particularly old units.

Does the sub woofer light react at all when a pin is inserted/start flashing even for a second while pressed?

Hi all,

I have had exactly the same issuse with my M12 for the last 2 weeks

Would you believe it was down to the powerlead, must have a very small bad connection somewhere in there,as when replaced the sub worked instantly and has done since

This was the last resort checking this and I was amazed that it worked tbh

Hi Soulboy,

That can sometimes happen, I usually recommend swapping the figure 8 lead from our powr supply and the one going into the sub woofer.

That can usually show a fault with leads easier as the bar being DC will stop operting straight away. As the Sub woofer is AC it can  stay on for a few seconds even if there is no power.

I'm also having this issue, I've turned off all wireless routers etc, and I've followed the procedure 50+ times. Has anyone been able to fix this? Thanks in advance

Hi Peteypiper,

We have found that wireless sub woofer issues on the m series can present as similar but have different causes, its best to list:

How quickly does the sub light flash with the pin in?

How quickly does the bar light take to flash with the pin in?

Is the connection lost intermittent or permanent?

Does either light go and stay solid or blank?

Are there any non standard broad spectrum wireless devices such as (but not limited to) Older (5+ yrs at least) Dect phones or routers, wireless heating/alarm systems (old or new), Sky HD wireless adapters, Radio/cb/mobile phone towers or masts etc.?

Does swapping the figure 8 lead over have any affect?

Occssionally it will flash, sometimes it stays constant with the pin in

How quickly does the bar light take to flash with the pin in?
Sometimes after six seconds, sometimes it will stay lit or just turn off
Is the connection lost intermittent or permanent? Permanent

Does either light go and stay solid or blank? Bar light is constant, sometimes both are constant but not paired

Ive tried turning everything else off but it makes no difference
