Hi I do not appear to have any power to my subwoofer. The soundbar is working with a solid red light. The red light is not illuminated on the subwoofer. I have replaced the power cable in case that was the problem and I have tried another socket which I know is working. I have run all the tests and setup on the support page. Any ideas?

Hi MargCarney,
If you press and release a pin in the pair light straight away is there any reaction?
Can you "hear" the electrical click/hum when you flip the on/off rocker switch?

Have tried both of these and absolutely nothing. It appears as if the unit is completely dead

Hi MargCarey,
If swapping the PSU and sub figure 8 cables over resuls in a green light on the PSU/no change in the sub results in no change we may need to try a repair as opposed to a re-pairing, if that makes sense?
It will likely require protected information so I will message you privately.
