Home audio like you’ve never heard it before
For over six decades our founder, Ted Fletcher, worked as a sound engineer for The Who, Dire Straits, Dusty Springfield and other icons. In 2009, he invented something completely new. A way to give you a better listening experience in your home, taking lessons from a life in the recording studio.
Why? Because there’s nothing worse than having to strain to catch a critical scene in a film, or hearing distortion on your favourite song. With Orbitsound, you can enjoy studio-quality sound, no matter where you are in the room…
Made in Britain, our speakers are designed for the true audio lover. Crafted and refined with our award-winning Airsound™ technology, they deliver a new depth of clarity for music or TV entertainment.
Hearing is believing, which is why we offer a 30-day trial on every Orbitsound product. If you don’t like it, simply return it to us for a full refund.
Award-winning, next-gen tech
We’ve spent decades developing a collection that does your passion for music, film or TV justice. While every speaker has its own unique qualities, each and every one of them benefit from:
How does Airsound™ work?
Most sound systems have two or more speakers to give you better width and spatial depth, but this only delivers high-definition sound in a limited range. Airsound™ streamlines this into a single box speaker, so you enjoy crystal-clear, high-definition audio anywhere in the room.
In the beginning there was
Mono
Invented in the 1870s, mono sound provides a lower definition of sound from a single unit to a large area.
Then there was
Stereo
Invented in the 1930’s, stereo sound provides higher definition, but only to a very small area between the two speakers.
Now there is
Airsound
Invented in 2005, Airsound provides a higher definition of sound from a single unit to a large listening area.
