Location Detection

If you place an order on the Orbitsound website, it will be dispatched from our UK warehouse. If you require any support, please contact the Orbitsound UK office. Please be aware that if you return a product from outside the UK, you must do so at your own expense. Orbitsound may reimburse reasonable shipping charges for returns due to an in-warranty fault.

Shipping times

All orders will be despatched within 2 working days of ordering. Orders placed at a pop up store or exhibition may take up to 10 days for delivery due to the volume of orders placed during these times.

How my items will be posted

All items will be dispatched via courier next day delivery, except accessories which will be dispatched via first class post.

Stock availability

Delivery times are dependent on us having all items ordered in stock. Ordinarily we do not list items we do not have in stock and to ensure complete customer satisfaction we check every order by hand to ensure we can meet delivery times. Of course should an item not be available for immediate despatch then we will always contact you by email or telephone to seek your advice.

My order has not arrived

For all orders placed through the website, you will receive an email once your order has been dispatched with tracking details.

If for any reason you cannot track or still are not aware of the status of your order please contact support.

I wish to return my product

If you are not completely satisfied with your Orbitsound product we will offer a full refund on your order within the first 30 days of the delivery date.

  1. Please contact the Orbitsound Support team and provide them with details as requested below in order to ensure the process is started as quickly as possible:
    1. Proof of purchase
    2. Serial number
    3. Reason for return
  2. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning your unwanted product to us. You can choose to arrange the return yourself or alternatively Orbitsound can arrange this on your behalf.
  3. If you would like us to arrange the collection of your unwanted product, your refund request will be forwarded to our returns centre who will then contact you to book a collection day. Please be advised that we can only arrange collections Monday – Friday between 9am and 6pm. Please ensure that when returning the product that it is packaged securely with all originally supplied accessories in the original box in order to minimise the risk of damage in transit.
  4. As soon as your product arrives at our returns centre, it will be checked to ensure everything is in perfect condition and tested to see it is working as it should. If there are any accessories missing we reserve the right to deduct the cost of these from your refund amount. You can find the cost of replacement accessories on our Accessories Page.
  5. When your unit has been checked and tested your refund will be processed within 2 working days. The refund must be credited back on to the same card you used to purchase your product, and if you paid by cash, we will make a BACs payment into your account. Please note we cannot give cash refunds.
