A60 Soundbar Firmware updates

<p>Hi all,&nbsp; I am trying to update the firmware in my A60 Soundbar, I Have followed the instructions within&nbsp;https://www.orbitsound.com/en-gb/support/articles/the-sound-dips-in-and-out-on-my-a-series/&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;to the letter, however, the soundbar is not recognised by my lappy, I am using Windows 10, is this the issue??</p><p><br></p><p>Thanks</p>

Hi Sayers,

The update cannot fix the issue, only alleviate it, that is assuming the issue is dipping?

What are the first 8 digits of your bar's serial number?

What TV do you have?
