Hi Peteypiper,
We have found that wireless sub woofer issues on the m series can present as similar but have different causes, its best to list:
How quickly does the sub light flash with the pin in?
How quickly does the bar light take to flash with the pin in?
Is the connection lost intermittent or permanent?
Does either light go and stay solid or blank?
Are there any non standard broad spectrum wireless devices such as (but not limited to) Older (5+ yrs at least) Dect phones or routers, wireless heating/alarm systems (old or new), Sky HD wireless adapters, Radio/cb/mobile phone towers or masts etc.?
Does swapping the figure 8 lead over have any affect?
