That can sometimes happen, I usually recommend swapping the figure 8 lead from our powr supply and the one going into the sub woofer.
That can usually show a fault with leads easier as the bar being DC will stop operting straight away. As the Sub woofer is AC it can stay on for a few seconds even if there is no power.
I'm also having this issue, I've turned off all wireless routers etc, and I've followed the procedure 50+ times. Has anyone been able to fix this? Thanks in advance
