Cant Connect my M9 wireless subwoofer to the soundbar.

Hi, I have the same problems. No sound from the subwoofer. The red light is solid. Even after a 6 second push. Also when I change the BT channel on the main box the subwoofer light stays solid. I have turned off all other BT devices. Could it be interference from my homeplug adaptors?
