Hi NewM9User,

Sorry to hear of these issues, I might suggest trying a wired connection and checking the TV and any attached Set top boxes for volume normalisation settings.

A difference in sound levels between channels is usually down to the signal changing audio level/type between channels.

It can be particularly noticeable when hitting advertising which is usually broadcast at a higher volume to make it harder to drown out.

It may be worth trying teh bar on the other TV you mention and swapping the Bose over just to see if the issue replicates.

The battery compartment can be difficult to open, we have a handy video covering this.

How is the bar situated? Is it near the floor? Are there any non standard lights or IR sources in the room?
