A60 Soundbar Firmware updates - Sayers - 29-05-2021
<p>Hi all, I am trying to update the firmware in my A60 Soundbar, I Have followed the instructions within https://www.orbitsound.com/en-gb/support/articles/the-sound-dips-in-and-out-on-my-a-series/ to the letter, however, the soundbar is not recognised by my lappy, I am using Windows 10, is this the issue??</p><p><br></p><p>Thanks</p>

Hi Sayers,
The update cannot fix the issue, only alleviate it, that is assuming the issue is dipping?
What are the first 8 digits of your bar's serial number?
What TV do you have?
