If you locate your version of set top box through here -
Sky remote codes
Virgin Media remote codes
Once you have located your version of set top box, make the Virgin/Sky remote learn a code of a TV brand that is different to your current TV. I.e. If you own a Sony TV, make the Sky/Virgin remote learn a Panasonic code.
Once this is done, follow the steps to learn a remote to your A series here.
