No power- S2 subwoofer - tom.hicks - 18-01-2019
Hi,
I recently acquired an M12 OrbitSound bar and S2 subwoofer as part of a house move- already installed and set up.
However the S2 subwoofer does not seem to power up. I’ve tried different sockets, new fuse, power switch, holding in “pair” button for a long time- but never any indication of power (no light).

Any thoughts appreciated!

Hi Tom,
Can you swap the figure 8/psu cables over?
Do not hold the pair button in, switch the sub to off wait ten seconds then turn it on, then do a quick press and release of the pair button, any reaction?
