The ultimate mobile speaker
Orbitsound's T3 portable speaker is undoubtedly the ultimate portable accessory for the iPod, iPhone, iPad or pretty much any other mobile media player or handheld gaming console. Whether you happen to be picnicking in the park, DJ'ing at a mates' spontaneous house party or chilling out at a family barbeque, the T3 converts your mobile music player into the definitive digital entertainment centre.
Palm-sized marvel
The palm-sized T3 belies its small size by producing a high-quality, surprisingly big sound. So if you have a smartphone or digital music player stuffed to the gills with all of your favourite music, Orbitsound's T3 is simply the easiest way to ensure your tunes get the attention they deserve, wherever you happen to be.
Quality spatial sound on the move
Of course, there are hundreds of affordable portable speakers available on the market, yet none come close to reproducing the quality of the original audio recording when compared with our T3. This is because the T3 uses Orbitsound's patented 'spatial stereo' technology, which, thanks to a mixture of unique patents and the application of heavyweight scientific principles to the positioning of speakers within the unit, produces incredible, true stereo sound throughout the whole room, wherever you’re standing.
Goodbye, tinny portable audio!
Listening to portable audio from your mobile phone or laptop has, for far too long, been defined by cheap, low quality, tinny-sounding speakers. No more! Whether you are streaming tunes via Spotify, listening to your iTunes library or watching TV or movies via your laptop or iPad, the Orbitsound T3 ensures that you need never compromise on audio quality, wherever you happen to be.
Orbitsound: stylish, compact, remarkable
"So many of us enjoy music and videos on the go," explains Ted Fletcher, founder of Orbitsound and creator of its unique spatial sound technology. "And there’s no need to settle for sub-standard sound quality. The T3 is stylish, compact and, most importantly, delivers remarkable sound quality, whatever you’re playing and wherever you are."
The Orbitsound T3 is quite simply the best portable iPod, iPhone or portable movie-viewing speaker you can get.
"I'm not particularly keen on wearing earphones for long periods of time, so am particularly pleased with my Orbitsound"

Technical:

Guaranteed to please those kids listening to their mobile phones in speaker mode at the back of the bus almost as much as it will those who just want to sit in the park reading a newspaper with a musical accompaniment, Orbitsound’s T3 explores new territory in personal audio.
About the size of a slim digital camera or iPod classic, the Orbitsound is intended to be a wearable device. The system uses the same technology - airSOUND Stereo - as the acclaimed T12 speakers. The technology delivers sound at a quality and volume others have a hard time matching.
The system ships with a lanyard which you use to wear around your neck. Once it’s around your neck you’ll find yourself at the centre of a stereo playback experience that seems almost as good as the music centre in your front room.
You need to switch the AirSOUND system on to appreciate the clarity and power of the playback. Place it on a table (with the lanyard end facing you) and you’ll still enjoy excellent sound reproduction even a metre or two away from the system - it pushes out 8W of total audio power. It measures just 10.2 x 6 x 1.9cm and weighs 115g. Despite its size, the T3 delivers a fair whack - you could sit around a fire or at a picnic table with it and hear music at better quality than you’d expect from a transistor radio.
In favour of making this device compact, there’s no dedicated iPod dock. Instead you connect your media player or other device using a supplied 3.5mm line-in cable.
The T3 hosts a Lithium-ion battery which offers 10 hours playback from one charge, which itself takes two hours. We’re very impressed with the AirSOUND technology in this - and its travel credentials are spot on.
